My experience here during the last 8 months has been very good, I am only moving away due to necessity, but if I had the choice, I wouldn't leave this place.

Friendly Staff: the property manager remembers my name, apartment number and even my job title... they are not nosy, but they do care about the tenants.

Great Management: the property is kept up, the maintenance staff is here most of the day. My washer wasn't working and and it was fixed within 30 minutes of the complaint.

Quality Apartments: tho they may be older, the appliances are not ancient as i've seen in other complexes; aside from the one ant I saw when I first moved in last July, there has been no bug problem

Safety: I'm a young woman, and I get off work after dark. I have never had reason to fear walking up to my apartment, there is usually a parking spot within 15 feet of each entry way to the apartments. and the place is reasonably lit. there have been reports of car break ins, but that happens anywhere and to anyone who leaves there stuff out in the open.

Fitness Center: the fitness center is nice, its small, but it has the necessary equipment, they clean it every week, and the cardio machines seem relatively new.
