I've been living in the Village Oaks for 4 yrs. Although the property was built in the late 80's, it's maintained very well, safe, apartments are well equipped (microwave, fridge and ice maker, dishwasher, washer and drier all included in the rent), the landscaping beautiful (the oustide of the buildings is currently being renovated), the pool clean, and the management very nice and helpful. Any issue that I've had so far (and there have been minor and very few) was delt with within 24hrs in a very competent manner. The location is awesome with 2 grocery stores within the walking distance, plenty places to eat and a movie theater. It is really a great place to live, so when considering this property, please DO NOT base your opinion on reviews from 3-5yrs ago!
