I have lived here for almost a year. The management is very friendly. The maintenance is very responsive and nice. There are a few things that could be better such as: small gym, no clubhouse (so I can have friends over sometimes. I can't do it in the apartment b/c it's small and it can be too noisy for the neighbors), small pool. But I can live without those things. Overall, I'm happy until the recent change in rent. Rent increases about $100 extra per month for me. I think they increase the rent tremedously this year to cover the cost of reconstruction they've done lately. Honestly, the reconstruction does not make the apartment look any better for me. They painted the front door in black, it's so depresssing.

Because of the huge rent increase, I'm going to rate this a B.
