Someone said bad thing about moving out, I don't think it was true. I have recently moved out since I bought a house. I had to move before my lease has ended but I only had to pay 2 months of rent instead of paying the full lease. Within 15 days, I got my deposit sent to my new address.
There is no other place which is better than Village Oaks.
