Lived here for 2 years. I would only reccommend it to people who know they will leave in a year or two or if you really need an HEB across the street. The apartments are old with old appliances and fixtures and are not very energy efficient. Your rent will go up between $40-$70 a year but with no incentive or reason to pay that much more. It is so close to highway you can hear traffic. The water bill is shared and I have noticed alot of families moving into 1 bedrooms so you are essentially paying for other people's water usage. The staff and maintence are great though and very attentive to your needs as far as they can control. If you are looking for a place where you can stay for a few years keep looking, you will find something with more amenities for the same price or a little higher.
