I love the larger 1/1 floorplan... it's perfect. BUT. If your upstairs neighbors aren't dainty and sock-footed, you'll hear every step they take, plus any bass on their stereo/tv. Walls seem to be better insulated -- I know when people shower or use the crazy vibrating food disposals or push their cabinets shut, but that's about all. The staff seems to come and go, so one mean lady I would have complained about is already gone -- but when my friend ran over some construction debris that ruined a tire, the office manager would do nothing unless we could produce the actual item that ruined the tire. The fact that they cheap out on taking care of actual tenants while they waste untold $ putting in inconvenient gates, landscaping that keeps you from getting to the mailbox easily, etc. etc., makes me ready to move.
