The lease agreements here are entirely unreasonable. Rent is due on the first, and you suffer a $300 penaly for paying after the first. The gates are almost always broken, and very unsafe. Satellites are not welcome, though if you jump through enough hoops, you can put one on your patio. The managers are completely unforgiving, and constantly refer to "the owners" when refusing to resolve issues. If you apply for a mortgage, they require a $40 fee to verify rent with each lender. Parking is a nightmare, depending on which building you are in. Avoid at all costs. There are much nicer appt's in the immediate area. Problems started after new owners took over and subsequently switched management companies.
