1) Rent is positively due on the first. On the second there is already a 50 dollar fine. This is in contrast to most apartments where you have atleast a day extra.
2) 60 day minimum notice required before moving out. This is in contrast to every apartment where it is a 30 day notice.
3) Answers to most management questions is we are stuck by what the owners say. Not too flexible at all.
Essentially there is no flexibility so make sur eyou read the lease and all papers carefully and more so than other apartments.
Also it is confirmed about the murder so safety for sure becomes an issue.
