the grounds are well kept.
when i first moved in, i didn't have to clean
a thing!! usually i like to go in and do my own cleaning, i'm sure you understand that.
but i was amazed on how everything was sparking!
the staff is good so far, new mngmt took over so the old great staff is gone, but these people seem to care also!
the only setback is, the walls are a bit thin so you can hear stuff if it is loud. but it, for the most part, is quiet.
they don't have time-warner cable.
