This complex is the greatest. I have lived in many apartment homes, and have found none like this one. As far as what I read on here, most is completely false. Complaints about the lease is the residents fault. How does one sign a LEGAL binding contract without reading it. So what if the rent is due on the first, so what if you have to put in a 60 day notice, personally i will not leave unless i buy a house. Crime is an issue everywhere is Austin, they have caught the guy that killed the girl, thanks to some residents and staff who are alert and always thinking of the community. The activities are out of this world.... they get out and serve breakfast tacos at the gates, have brunches with great food, they have resident b day parties, etc etc, the list goes on. The management staff is very friendly and attentive, they have rules they have to follow to. If you don't want to follow rules, then you should just buy a house. I live on the first floor and don't have a pest problem and if there is a pest problem you can bet they will take care of it... pest control is available EVERY tuesday of the week, all you have to do is ask..... They have a monthly calendar of events. the only complaint i have about this community is that the rent is not free.
