Guys,

Don't get fooled by the broad smile on their faces when you are looking for an apartment. Like most of the other companies, they too have a big smile on their face for your every question. It's all changes when you are ready to vacate the apartment.

I had a horrendous experience with them after staying in the apartments for 4 years........ They just try to rob you no matter how long you stay with them. I am not saying everybody will be like that. But this particular management is really doesn't know how to do business and treat their customers. They don't realize that they will suffer a lot over a period of time.

I had a great experience when I moved out last month. We cleaned our apartment very well and there were no charges billed to us except our last water bill. The only reason we left is to get a house. I send everyone I know that is looking for an apartment there! Thank you to Gracy Farms for our great times while we were there!
