It didn't kill me, but I won't stay...

I've lived at worse places than this -- the grounds are well-kept and the apartments are fairly large for what you pay.
On the other hand, it's nearly impossible to get the people in the leasing office off the phone for long enough to get some help. My toilet was broken when we moved in, but I had to put in a repair request twice before anything was done. When my disposal broke the repair man was out within hours, but the disposal stopped working less than a week later.
We've had a few questions over charges that were billed to our apartment, but our questions were handled very brusquely or were completely dismissed.
I enjoy the apartment itself, but the management has made me incredibly eager to move out.

Yeah I had very much the same experince and was ready to move out. That was until they give you the move out bill in which they charge you for things that were messed up when you moved in. I am not the only perosn that has lived there and had that happen to. I know two other people that have been charged other than myself.
