Well every time I walk past a certain apartment at night the parents of young children are sitting on their balcony smoking marijuana. I'm thinking about calling the police to enforce the policy on drug posession on the premises since the management isn't doing it. Our apartment was dirty and stained when we moved in. Carpet had stains and fleas. The tub was stained brown and the door to the storage closet on the balcony has never closed properly. The doors inside the apartment are too large for their frames so you have to lean into them and push to open them. Management tried to push us out of our lease early and cut off our mail delivery to encourage us to leave. I'm embarassed to bring friends over since this place is going downhill so rapidly.

Wow. I always get great responses to requests made. If there is something wrong outside of my apartment I call them and the maintenance gets it fixed on the same day (most of the time). I have already lived here 1 1/2 years and will be renewing my lease again for at least another year.

I just renewed my lease. I checked out other places around here to compare prices and I am still getting a great deal! While I was looking around I notice most of the other places around here do NOT keep up with the outside near as well as these guys do! It is frustrating when people are moving out and leave large items at the dumpster - it looks bad. That is the residents doing that - the mainentance tries to get it picked up real fast. Jeanie
