This is a beautiful apartment complex, located in the north of Austin. I lived there for one year.
The apartments are spacious, there is a beautiful pool and the maintenance guys are very good.
IF you live alone, this is a very good place to live. If you have children, I do not recommend: there is no playground and the swimming pool is too deep for kids. There is no park nearby and the cars usually run in the parking lot. I always found places to park in the parking lot, but most of the places are for compact cars. I do not recommend this appartment if you have a mid-size or large car. You will get a lot of dents in your doors.
Take care in the moveout. ALWAYS request a visit before moving. They will charge you all the spots you leave in the apartment. Some examples: blinds, carpet cleaning, etc.
Here is a suggestion: everytime you need to communicate with the office, do it in writing. If you dont do that, they usually dont respond.
Also take care with the price negotiation. They offered me a renew for $975 but I know they rented it to someone else for $850.
Conclusion: if you can, try to avoid it!
