We moved here about a year ago. Lived at another apartment complex for a year and were not happy at all. Gracy Farms is a quiet place. Our neighbors are very nice. Our apartment overlooks the swimming area and it is usually very peacefull. Sometimes you have people out there late but we have a night person that will come out and ask them to leave if they get too loud. The office people have been very nice to us and several of our friends have moved in over the last year that love it here too! We would highly recommend Gracy Farms if you can't have your own house.
