Very noisy. I am one of the longest residents here. Perhaps the longest resident. Management doesn't care about that. For them it's easy come, easy go. I am treated like crap. Security is non-existent. Little kids yelling and screaming at the pool all night long. Don't bother calling "courtesy patrol" because of noise. Maintenance is a shambles. The "security" gate half the time works. Constant turnover. The manager is a not really involved and frankly doesn't care. Frankly, she'd wish I'd leave so no one would bother to call the "courtesy patrol" while 9 y/o kids yell and scream in the pool at 3 AM.
Though the longest resident here, I have had to wait 30 minutes to be acknowledged in the office just to check about a package. No, "hello". The "courtesy patrol" had to have it explained to him that at night, it's not OK for someone to plug a stereo into the wall at the pool and turn it up full blast for half the complex to "enjoy", yes, he's that dumb. And he does not respond to calls. So you are left with calling 911, which doesn't make the police very happy.
If you love -------, then move here. They won't say hello, turn the other way. It's a free for all.
I am constantly getting my car repaired because people slam into my car in the middle of the night, of course don't leave a note. Most of the spots say "small car" but the average car is a $100 junker or a pickup. Right now my car if in the shop because someone decided to break their fists on the right side of my car, doing $1760 damage on a brand new Camray.

I am long term resident also. I've had the same experience as this poster. Treated like crap, maintenance a shambles, easy-come/easy go management style. My neighbors change like the numbers of a roulette wheel. The only long-time neighbor next door was finally run off after MUCH suffering. There seems to be a sudden shift in the attitude of the ever-changing staff. (I think there's been like 10 different office personnel changes in the last 3 years). Suddenly people caring if there are cockroaches, fixing things, cleaning things. It's my best guess they are getting ready to sell the property before W. is out and capital gains taxes are back in. We are all praying our hearts out for a BIG change of management. This could be a REALLY GREAT place with long-term residents and very low upkeep costs but not with current crew.
