Its obvious that all of these residents had some issue that did not go their way. When you consider the number of units this community has versus the number of idiots posting foul things on here you have to ask yourself is this a fair review' I don't think that it is. I have lived here for three years now and I can say I have had nothing but great great experiences. Yes, there is an occasional parking problem, yes there is some issues with noise. But you tell me ONE community that does not have these issues as well. These issues are being addressed one by one. With the latest being door to door postings of pool rules. Periodic patrol of the pool. Management cannot be at the pool 24/7. It is up to us as residents to report issues and do what we can as well to make this a great community. No other community surrounding us can match our impeccable landscaping, noone has the curb appeal that we do. This has been a great community. And for all the people who can't take the occasional noise or parking issues then maybe you should buy a house. Thanks.

Dont be mad cuz i have a great review of the place i chose to reside. I dont understand how a person who is so much against a place would even want to stay? That puzzles me.

Sounds like one of the management lackey's making a sock-puppet in an effort to minimize the damage. I lived there for 3 years, and have never been treated so disrespectfully by a management company. Not only are the people there horrible, but their contracts are even worse. They require purchase of a non-refundable bond, rather than a refundable deposit. They have a $250 late fee, plus 15 dollars a day, with only a 1-day grace period after the first of the month. If the bank screws up and bounces a check, be expecting a $500 penalty if you catch it within the first two weeks. Oh, and you are at their mercy to notify you if that happens. (Do what I did, and pay your rent with money orders) The buildings aren't even close to being fire safe. That gate that everyone here talks about never working? That will trap you when a fire breaks out. I lost track of how many times I almost shot a maintenance worker I found either in my apartment, or trying to get in. One weekend they stuck a piece of paper on the door on friday night, and then sent maintenance out with keys early saturday morning to add mirror bezels (why?) I am not exaggerating. That guy almost got shot too. The management company is the worst in Texas, probably the US. The owners who live in the houseboat are no peaches either. They couldn't care less, and don't expect to get even a professional response if you write them a letter. Avoid this place at all cost if you value your money, or your sanity.

Definitely a sock-puppet. Too many mention of "issues". Too many management words in the post. That's the manager posting or one of her lackeys. 3 years is as long as they've been there. "Maybe they should buy a house is a typical landlord "up yours". There are no periodic patrols. If there were, there would not be 5 10 y/o unsupervised children yelling and screaming in the pool, no parents, no adults, at 3 AM. Calling "Courtesy Patrol" does no good. They don't respond to the voicemail, so you have to call the police, the police are very unhappy that they got called out when there should be "courtesy patrol" handling calls. "Again, we offer you to provide us a 30 day notice to vacate at any time because you have stressed to us how unhappy you are. We want to do anything and everything we can to make you happy." That's the manager's response to my protest of the 2 months vacate notice you must give that /THEY/ slipped into the lease. This is definitely the posting of a management sock-puppet. 3 years? They've been in place for 3 years. Only management would care about scenic views, and would not know that the sprinkler waters the cars, the road, the parking lot, gushes into the air, wastes the water we all have to pay for, because little of it goes onto the grass. Management is taking care of things? Is that because I hired an attorney and am going to compel them in court to enforce their pool hours/noise rules? I am not allowed to call the office. Because when I call I am fuming. I must email the manager. Checked with the attorney. Fire, water pipe break? Impossible. She won't get away with that one. We have been deprived what is due us and we can sue the manager and the complex for what we've been deprived of. And any attempt to retaliate will result in big legal trouble on the part of the management and the complex. I'm in this alone with my attorney right now. Anyone want to join in a class lawsuit to reclaim what's been deprived of us for 3 years (or less)? Just reclaiming the wasted water (I have pictures) for all the residents would hurt The Village a lot. The manager has an office full of Christian objects. I've been in that situation. Certain born agains believe that the rest of us will go to Hell and they'll start giving us Hell right now and we don't deserve an even break. BTW, I am keeping a log of every word, every action, per my attorney's instructions. It shall be used in court to sue our manager. She actually deprived us of many things we paid for. 3 years X $how much X how many residents? Anybody interested in a class action or group lawsuit? If she dare retaliate, she'll be bankrupt personally as would be the property. Well, good news you can update these. People have figured out who I am from my username and called and emailed me. We are now officially a group with an attorney, not just me with an attorney. All feel free to find me and join in the group.
