this place is the worst apt ever. every time that it rains in austin, don't plan on having the internet @ this complex...it always went out when it rained n it takes a couple business days to get it going. the internet also randomly gets disconnected for a wk straight. appliance after appliance kept breaking down in my apt...and the maintance ppl @ the apt won't touch it, so we'd have to wait for like a wk or two for the GE ppl to come out and fix it. my apt was on the second floor and it got flooded...like so flooded that h20 was resting on top of the carpet and flowing ontop of it because the carpet couldnt soak anymore of it...they didnt even replace the carpet, they just put fans in our apt to dry it. agreeing with the previous rating, i think they were also short on money bc they kept sending me notices month after month saying that i owed money, yet i always pay my rent ahead of the due date. i made them pull up all my transactions and they finally cleared it, then they did it again the next month, n i made them go thru the process again n then they cleared it...it was a big hassle and a waste of time. i had a 2/2..my room was next to the ac, so my room was the right temp that the thermostat said, but my roommates was always 10 degrees hotter...they said that theres nothing they can do about it because thats how the apt was built..my room was right next to the ac so it was colder...yet my roommates was not even 5 ft away from it...i cant imagine what its like in a 3/3 or 4/4. these apts might look nice on the outside...but its DEFINITLY not worth living in. trust me.
