These apartments are SO EXPENSIVE! The other student apartment complexes in the area are much more reasonably priced. Plus the apartments here are SO SMALL in comparison to the places nearby, making the prices even more unreasonable. The people here are really shady. The apartment we moved into was really dirty, the carpet was stained all over the place. Towards the end of the year, maintenance people came by saying that they were inspecting carpet to see if any apartments needed changing and when they inspected ours they decided that our apartment was fine!
The apartments are very poorly construted too. The air vents here on many occasions grow mold because the a/c systems are just really poor. The carpet fades quickly, the door hinges become loose easily.
Plus, the staff is totally unaccomodating to any requests that you might have. They have on more than one occasion tried to pin me and my roommates with late fees on rent when we definitely had our rent in days ahead of the due date.
