The apartment seemed well-kept upon moving in. After moving in of course, the microwave took a dump. We put in a maint. request and this wasn't honored for 3 months. THREE. Later in the lease, our door frame broke and we decided to put in a request to have it fixed. Typically one would consider this an emergency issue, not The Village at Riverside. My apartment was "robbed" exactly one week from placing the maintenance request. I reported the incident to police, and Village at Riverside management and expressed my urgency. The problem wasn't fixed for 3 days after I lost $5,000 worth of equipment.
Another fun note is that the Village at Riverside typically schedules and informs tenants that they will be in the apartment a day after they've already been there. Classy.
