It's not a bad place at all. Management is a bit slow and they tend to send you notices that you haven't paid your rent even when you have. You should always have proof you've paid your rent.
I haven't experienced any crime there and its pretty quiet. I really like it. It's also so close to everywhere. If you're looking for more bang for your buck, then this is the place to be.
