This place sux a**!! I have only been living here for two months and already I have had a million problems with this place. First of all, the day I moved in they tried to "con" me into paying them "pet rent" by lying and saying my roomate had a pet she was hiding. According to the manager, some "community assistant" witnessed it running around our apartment..Mind you, this was the DAY I MOVED IN..WTF''' Next, I was sent an electricity bill for usage that amounted to almost $200 after only living in my apartment for a week, I called the office staff immediately and they apologized for thier "mistake", or should I say attempt to get more of my money. Oh, but it gets better.
So next, my roomate goes to her car one morning to discover a neon green sticker on her brand new car that says "WARNING" and some other crap about her car being in violation of the parking rules because she parked in covered parking. This happened 2 days after my roomate was assigned that very parking spot after she purchased a covered parking spot for the year. So basically after they got her money, they somehow "forgot" she had the privalege to park there. While trying to calmly handle this dispute one of the office staff was VERY RUDE, she was rolling her eyes at us from her office window and wouldn't let us talk to her!
Last but not least, my "free internet" has not been working for the past week. I have contacted the office staff several times and I guess they just don't give a f***. Clearly what they meant was "internet free" not "free internet". I would HIGHLY advise anyone who is considering living in student apts. to consider ANY OTHER PLACE but this one. I wish I would have stayed at University Canyon where I lived last year or stayed my a** in the dorms. I guarantee I would have had a more pleasureable experience than living here.
