Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I lived in the Village two years ago and I dont remember it being as bad as the other reviewers have mentioned. You have to remember that these are "college apartments" in an urban neighborhood. If you are looking for a quiet, residential neighborhood, I suggest you don't live here. However if you want an easy transition out of the dorms for a decent price, this is a good option.
PROS
* nicely kept grounds and complex
* individual leases
* W/D in the apt
* furnished apts
* smaller complex than the other riverside college apts
* great for roommates (especially when you have more than 2)
CONS
* outside of the the college apt bubble you aren't in the safest neighborhood
* sometimes noisy neighbors (but if you're in college...who cares)
