they will make you promises when you sign your lease, but make sure you have them in writing because they will not keep any of them. they do not know what they are doing and you will pay the price for it. i'm a reasonable person and have never complained about an apartment until i made the mistake of moving here. you can find better, cheaper apartments around this area, so just skip this property all together.
