I used to love this place, but the staff leaves much to be desired. The girls in the office are more concerned with hanging out with each other than helping out residents. They leave work early, which isn't cool if you work late and need to pick up anything and you are often greeted with eye rolls if you ask anything of them. The apartments are pretty nice themselves, but I have never encountered a ruder staff.
