Decent Place to live

I haven't lived here that long but the staff is always friendly. There are going to problems at any place you live. For the money, I couldn't have asked for anything better for my first move to Austin. I like that it is a small complex too, so it is easier to get to know your neighbors. Sure, it gets a little loud sometimes but it's a student housing complex. I have no complaints about this place.
