This is a brand new complex. I've lived here for almost three months now.
The management is friendly and accommodating. The few minor maintenance requests I've had were taken care of promptly.
The grounds are beautiful, the amenities are luxurious, and everything is NEW!
There's a 24-hour fitness center with NEW equipment, including individual TVs to watch while you're working out. After your workout, you can cool off in the resort-style swimming pool.
The clubhouse has tanning booths, billiards, shuffleboard, an internet cafe; complete with complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and cookies.
