The good:
I moved from another Redstone property and they did not charge me the app fee or administration fee.
Lots of natural lighting.
Beautiful pool and nice community accomodations.
The bad:
For a new apartment complex you would think the electric bill would be decent. I have never spent more on my electric bill than I do here.
It may be because insulation is non exsistent. I can literally hear every step my upstairs neighbor makes.
I had to fog my apartment because the crickets were so bad! The complex did nothing but send a note saying that it was natural to see crickets in our apartment this time of year. I have never had a problem with crickets until I lived here.
Parking is insane! There are people parking in handicap parking because there is no where else to park. I already pay an insane amount of money to live here. I am not going to pay to park at my own apartment!!!
This place looks pretty on the outside but remember what your parents taught you: you can't judge a book by its cover!
