-clean pool (during the week)
-pretty club house
-nice workout facility
-crown moldings
The Bad-
-Gate rarely works
-Good luck getting a package from the front office.
-You'll get to know your neighbers horrible taste in music.
-Horrible Insulation
-There are redneck parties every weekend.
-Appliances suck

-Bugs,Bugs,BUGS!!!

My car was broken into here, because the gate was not closed (as usual). Office was not helpful when that happened, just told me to not keep valuables in my car. I guess they meant the 7 year old off brand cd player that was ripped out of my dash.

I can here my downstairs music all the time. I can hear everyones conversations outside. Oh and there is always a party on the weekend. Beer cans are always littered around the parking lot, and someone puked on my car once. Loud music everyday of the week. I have not slept well since we moved in. Plus that nice clea pool is disgusting on the weekends. There is no lock on the gate so anyone can get in. Always a huge party there with tons of kids in diapers.

Parking is terrible, the spaces are so small. Plus this is Texas so everyone has a truck. My dishwasher has never actually cleaned my dishes. I had red ant bites all summer. Then crickets everywhere in the fall.

There is no way I will renew my lease here. We got a deal of a couple months free and free cable so the cost was relative to other apartments. But I won't pay over a $1000 for this place every.
