The old management was ok... this new one is much more my style: efficient and by-the-book. They understand circumstances and so long as you communicate they're more than helpful. I like how they run things now - including how they bill. It makes sense - they have documentation on what's due and when and so do the residents.

I will say that I don't know *who* was allowed to move in with their obnoxious selves and/or children/roommates and who thought it'd be fun to rip apart our gates and vandalize our gym - but I sincerely hope they were found, evicted and charged for their crimes.

Other than that, I have no qualms recommending this place to ppl looking for a quiet place with pretty aesthetic value.
