I write reviews for good things and for bad things. Living here was fine up until the new management came in.The old one was okay and when a work order was asked they took care of it.When the new management came in you had to ask them a bunch of times and finally call the manager who by the way is very rude to her employees and residents when speaking to them then it would finally get done. Reading the posts and then reading the responses it does seem like the manager does reply. It is everyones opinion but when 8 out of the 12 tenants that live in your building complain about the same thing it isn't fabricated. The rent is over priced for what you get. Yeah you may see some glimpse of downtown but its not worth the price. The tiles in the bathroom came up when you stepped on them. The way they changed the billing without notice was completely unfair. Then when i asked them what can i do about breaking my lease or moving to a sister property due to down sizing all they can say was too bad you have to 6000 to break your lease even to a sister property. The gates were always broken. There was a break in to one of the cars while one of of Austins obnoxious finest was parked right next to the car. When you walk into the office the girls that work there are rude and snotty. On the weekend you can forget about taking your kids to the pool due to the fact that its a drunken frat party with beer cans floating around the edges.Let alone the pool never gets clean. As far as the requesting of work orders is concerned it is ridiculous. Granted there are more people who live there but when it comes to your child almost dying because of wasps nest, there has to be a limit. The clientel has gone down as far as neighborhood as well. Its slowly starting to become ghetto. With so many vacancies in one building totaling to 13 you would think that there is parking' No there isnt. Even if you rent a carport you cant guarentee that your spot will be there. When complained to someone at the office they don't say anything. The loose pitbull that runs at night doesn't help at all or the people who bring their dogs to the frat party and urinate in the hallway and by the pool. Let alone the fact that people park in 2 spaces. Then instead of the officer that lives there giving a ticket to people throwing there party on Thursday nite he gives a ticket to a couple of new people who were just moving in with their moving truck. The grounds people cant do a decent job without breaking one of the sprinklers and letting the water spray in the garbage causing it to wreek. I would definetly look else where if you want to feel safe and hassle free..

good review. i like to critique and call out idiots who post negative reviews, but your review actually sounds truthful and not fabricated. sounds like the office does in fact suck based off this and so many of the legit bad reviews.
