So I've lived here for almost a year now. I'm moving to another apartment at Bella Vista. I'm frustrated because I don't want to move. Because of what the girls call, fair housing laws, I am not able to stay where I am to get a lower price. But they were very helpful in helping me find a new place that fit my needs and was much cheaper!

Also I live on a first floor right now. I have had a lot of crickets in my home in the summer. I do face a bunch of trees right now, so it is very peaceful, but I guess that is the price I pay for my first floor. Every time I call maintenance they come out right away and try to take care of my bug problem. Their efforts have helped but I think the third floor I'm moving to will be much better.

The piece of advice I have for anyone who reads this: yes you may have frustrations, I did, but if you tell them, they will fix it. I am going to stay living here because of the customer service I receive.
