this place has terrible plumbing.3 times i came home from work and my apartment was flooded.management claims they dont furnish carpet and/or tile,much less they refuse to replace the carpet soaked with sewage water that flooded my home.management refuse to give me the corporate number to complain about them.washers and dryers are old and out dated,they wont furnish new ones.there is trash everywhere,high drug area,neighbors who dont report crimes to the police because they are illegal aliens in my opinion and dont wanna get deported.maintenance dont perform duties 100%,they fix things just enough to keep things working past the warrantees.you would be very lucky if the on-call maintenance person actually bothered to show up to fix anything after hours.would i recommend anyone to live here'no freaking way!this place is the ghetto!
