Worst Complex I've Ever Lived In

And I have lived in some awful apartment complexes in my day.
There are LOTS of families living at the Villages at Lamar, this isn't a bad thing until you encounter the one little fatty that goes around shooting off cuss words all day long (in English since his mama only speaks Spanish). Under the influence of that one little brat all the other kids here will go around damaging property and creating a ruckus. It's really just him, if he's not around the other kids seem to be fine, but if I had kids I wouldn't live here or let them play outside just because of his negative influence.
Some of the neighbors are likewise rowdy and will stay up all night blaring their radios and getting drunk in the parking lot. There's a crazy woman that gets arrested now and then and a few people with car alarms are apparently deaf because they'll let the damn things go for hours in the middle of the night. Police and ambulance are ALWAYS at this complex, I got stopped by a cop once and as soon as he saw where I lived he gave me a funny look and advised me that I should move.
The roaches are still everywhere. Sugar ants, roaches, wasps, nobody cares enough to come out and kill them and putting out boric acid, traps and spraying doesn't do a thing to ward them off. THE POOLS! The pools are green throughout the summer from all the kids peeing in them. It's disgusting. There are guys out every day picking up trash and trying to make things look better but when apartments are this ugly, no amount of picking up trash will help.
I also have old ass appliances that keep my electric bill about $200.00 a month. OLD refrigerator, stove with knobs where the letters have been rubbed off, an ancient dishwasher and the AC and heating units are so old they waste a ton of electricity. The water (YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR WATER!!!) is a joke. They just charge you whatever they want. The bill is sometimes $20 and sometimes $80. They just pull a random number out of a hat and charge you that. They must be charging renters for community water like when someone washes their car and leaves the hose running all day or when they empty and refill the pool because there's no way I can use $20 of water one month and $80 the next.
The porches and buildings seem structurally unsound. The buildings are CREEPY. They say that they have washer and dryer hookups but that's a lie unless you have stackable units. Worse than that, the washing machines don't work half the time, they eat your quarters and then refuse to spit water. I cannot tell you all the things wrong with this complex, this is just the tip of the iceberg. Just stay away -- very very far away!
