I have lived at Villages of Sage creek since it opened and was the first in my apartment. Overall, I like the place and have no real problems. However, the staff, in particular Valerie, is horrible. In most professions, you represent the place for which you work continuously. Staff walk out the door then ignore you. Trash pick up sucks. And the recent water bill -- that was nice to receive. I have been calling to get my new lease, but am told the system is down. In their defense, they have not increased my rent. However, I fear that they will come back at me one day and say your lease is up - move out. I love my apartment but hate the staff. The new management has made a nice looking place begin to look like we live on the East side.
