i lived at this awful place for about 2 years (2004-2006). so embarrassed to admit to that.....i don't know where to begin with this horrible place. my room was new but when i moved in there was a missing kitchen drawer, they replaced it with an old,off color one! they didn't paint the wall or put up the window treatment, after i bitched so many times they finally told me they were out of the black, so i had to settle for the silver window treatment. took maintenance forever to fix anything. office staff keeps making excuses why maintenance is trailing behind. trash piles up constantly. exit gate opens to only one side. my dirty neighbor left his trash for months (it leaked and left), i complained to office but they never did anything. was paying water bill through Mastertek, but when i didn't get anything from them for 2 months i was concerned and called the company. they informed me that they no longer do business with the apartment! they never sent out notices to let us know! so i received a forwarding water bill from Champion (new water compnany) that's over $100!!! i was so P O so i called the office, they never returned my phone call!
