Could be better, but could be way worse too From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/24/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Overall, i have enjoyed living here, and I might consider doing so for one more year. My apartment is great, spacious with character. When I have company they always comment on what a nice place this is. Love the pool, but the hot tub isn't always hot or even luke warm. Love the tanning beds, but one of them has been broken for several months, so it's a one-at-time situation. The parking can be rough from time to time, but no worse than at any other complex. My main complaint (and really the only reason I am considering leaving) is that the people who work here are all smiles, but no heart or head. When there is an issue they will smile and speak sweetly but are typically unapologetic, and have even been a little defensive. I have had 19 packages sent to me in the 11 months I have lived here, 8 have been misplaced for up to two weeks and 4 have disappeared completely never to be seen or heard from again. With an empty smile on thier face they blame the post office every time, but once after being told 3 times it wasn't in the back) I went back to the room myself looking for it and found it and another time when I finally got my package my apartment number had been crossed out and 7 other apt. numbers scribbled on it and crossed out (not to mention the fact that it had clearly been opened and resealed more than a few times). So I just learned to have everything sent to another address. And in the end I've never had a problem getting something in the apartment fixed within 24 hours. Almost every aparment complex has management issues and these are no worse, so in general this is a decent place to live.
