Parking is fleeting, there are huge slopes that we walk down to get to our apt, with no stairs. though we were shown an apt with beautiful views and were told to expect something similar, we look at the back of lowe's and wal-mart and hear their speakers all night long. the gates are always broken, always, we paid for a gated community along with all the other ammineties that we do not recieve (free tanning and such are now an additional chage). places that do not care about the safety of the complex enough to get the gates fixed don't care about anything else. beautiful apts, but only because they are very very new. 2yrs and the carpet is pulling up, balcony holds water, appliances that do not work and an ac that is questionable. the staff is young and cute, great for selling the place, but young and dumb when it comes to upkeep. have delt with blantent lies, and no one seems to be able to look you in the eye when they talk to you. also, walking away from someone or forgetting to assist them two minutes later are horrible customer service techniques and really really frustrating.
