I was visiting from out of state only to witness first hand the incompetance of the help in the office. They play on the computers all day, they never come out of the back office to help and people looking for apartments stand around looking for someone. Obviously, they get paid to do nothing. They can't even log a package that was delivered properly so they returned it because they were to lazy to call the phone number on the Fed Ex package for the person that lives in the complex. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I would really like to talk to the owners of this complex. There was a lady they handed the keys to so she could look at an apartment by herself' They were unwilling to sell themselves because they were too busy on the computers for personal use.
