Scam artists!!! Don't pay over $800!!

I am a current resident and I have one of the 2 bedroom floorplans with the corner balconies. I think its the biggest floorplan they have. I have a greenbelt view and I pay $800 a month. I've heard that they are real scam artists and have some other people paying $1000 or more a month for the same floorplan! Don't accept paying any more than 800/month at this place, and if you are, go in and demand they lower your rent. They surely won't let you move out, it seems like they're at maybe 75% capacity or something.
Villages of Sage Creek sucks to live at, there's dog s**t everywhere never picked up. But if you are going to live here, don't let them make you live in a dump hole and rob you at the same time!
