I would recommend VOSC without hesitation as long as Valerie works here. I've never had a problem with anyone in the office, my repair requests are always taken care of right away. Granted, MBS sucks as a management company - they have a history of running down places. But part of it is the people who live & work here.
As for the dog ----...PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG. There are signs everywhere, it's even city law...
As for apartments. I live in a 3rd floor, 3 bedroom 2 bath...roughly 1350sq ft, huge balcony, beautiful view - Easily THE largest apartment they lease. Yeah it's a pain dragging groceries up but it's so gorgeous, I really wouldn't rather live anywhere else. Everyone who comes to visit LOVES the view.
