I've lived in this community sice it opened. Was a nice complex till new management took over (MBS). After that everything went down hill. Trash pick-up was a problem last year, with garbage lasting over a week piling up at the dumpsters. Maintenance request were getting slower to respond. AC's freeze up on you and all they do is fill up with freon... Don't take the initiative to maybe check out the AC entirely. You'd think that after filling up an AC 3x in 5 months that maybe something wasn't right... All the while, my electric bill was skyrocketing in the summer. Changed vacate notice to 60 days, instead of usual 30. I guess this is what everybody is doing nowadays, I've lived in different apartments here in town for 8 years and everyone only did 30 days notices.
