Okay, so I'll admit things were getting kinda bad there for a while, but I've noticed a big change in the office since Valerie has been in charge. The small things are being noticed and taken care of slowly but surly. The free newspapers are back, the printer in the computer area is working again, and my stuff is being fixed in a timely fashion. After complaining just once about the people from the bus stop coming in through the back gate and destroying my patio, they closed the back gates to prevent future problems. I even got balloons on my door for my birthday! With the exception of Phil, I've never had any problems with anyone in the office. They are short staffed, over stressed and over worked and still manage to be sweet everytime I need anything. There is no need to blame them for all the MBS problems, those are out of thier control. I love my apartment and love the staff. Thanks guys for all your help.
