I am very upset with the tenants that live below me on the second floor in conjunction with my apartment. I am in 533. He is playing loud bass from his stereo and has conversations very loud at 2am in the morning. He has repeatedly interupted my sleep and has been loud since he has been here. I have turned in a complaint on him once before. Please take care of this. Thanks. - David Wallace -
