They weren't going to give me anything stating my apt was in excellent condition when I moved out and CHARGED me for water for the ENTIRE 19 months I lived there. I had to pay 278.00 when I was moving out at the end of my second lease. I always paid my rent on time and they never said anything about needing any water bill. They wait to the end and then they SCREW ya! Oh, but they were soooo nice! I am back in Dallas now...and am loving it. How 3rd world can you get down there in Austin. DON'T let them fool ya! Just a big scam and drug deals go on at all hours of the night there. All kinds of Eastside ghetto cars drive in and leave after 15 minutes. WHAT GATES' They are always open. Don't listen to they good reviews...must be someone who hasn't gotten screwed yet or the staff themselves are doing it...You'll be treated better at an East Austin ghetto apartment. - DAVE W.
