I moved into my apartment about 3 months ago and have had NOTHING but problem after problem after problem. Yes, the floor plans are nice and it s convenient to I-35 but ITS NOT WORTH IT! Don't let them sell you on that. You can get a nice floor plan anywhere. The management is so horrible here. The way a community is kept up (grounds, amenities, etc...) and how the management treats the residents is key in having happy residents and The Villages of Sage Creek has neither!

Maintenance requests are not taken care of in a timely manner. When I submit one it usually takes about 2-3 weeks to be taken care of and that s with me calling every other day. I called after a week went by and talked to Tasia in the office and she had the nerve to say "WELLLLL was it an emergency'" The pool and non heated Jacuzzi is ALWAYS ALWAYS very VERY dirty....nothing in the Gazebo works (sink, lights, outlets...) They require a $150.00 deposit just to use the grill at the pool which is just frankly stupid...the tanning beds don't work, the steam room doesn't work.....The gates haven't worked since I've lived there. NONE OF THE Amenities that they sell you on initially WORK...it s a scam! They tell you "you'll get this and that" but after moving in you realize that none of them work. I'll end this with I CAN NOT WAIT TIL MY LEASE IS UP!!!
