It is very disappointing such a beautiful community and nothing works.We moved almost a year ago,the jacuzzi at the pool has never worked,both saunas have been out of order, you have to pay for a tan, the club house rental is outrageous $200 non refundable deposit and $200 rental fee, plus you have to pay the concierge $35 in cash to come close the place.Forclosure is the best thing at this time, maybe someone will buy it, and bring this community to par to say the least......

I'm not sure where you live, but I've never paid to use the tanning booths. The steam room & sauna work, but they keep them locked because of the kids who are constantly running thru the office. Granted, the hot tub doesn't work because of the heater. As for the clubhouse, we've used it before and you get the $200 deposit back as long as you clean it! I love living here...I've lived here for 4 years.

Umm just curious, how the hell do we contact anyone now? I am trying to have a package delivered and no one has been there to accept it! This is craziness, not even a notice on the door to let us know whats going on? Not cool
