The old reviews on here don't really apply anymore because of the new management team. I love my apartment. I had a problem with my hot water heater not making the water hot, and the guy was over here the very next morning to fix it. Also, my apartment is huge for the price and all of my friends wish their apartment had all the great stuff mine does. The only thing I would change is which apartment I got. Mine is facing Lamar and I can hear loud cars driving by. Other than that I have no complaints and plan on living here for a while.
