I do agree, when MBS was the management company it was awful place to live and I could not wait until my lease was over. Now Greystar is in charge and I am going to renew my lease. If I had to review MBS it would of been horrible. The Greystar staff is great and I do feel safe at this location. I do recommend it to anyone. Things are getting done slowly but surely.
