I have lived here since 2005 when the community was still in good shape just after MBS took over. MBS did not keep up the property and failed to pay their bills to their vendors. They also had a very small service crew that could not keep up with all the work orders. Then Katrina hit and we got alot of temporary residents that apparently did not give a rip about the property and tore it up pretty bad.
MBS IS NOW GONE!
Now there is a new company in charge, "Greystar" that has a solid reputation for turning properties around. I have for the first time in years had excellent response and turn around on getting my apartment worked on and getting things actually fixed. The staff is very friendly and they take the time to listen to your concerns. The repairs to the property are comming along and the landscaping is shaping up nicely. There is a lot to do but the owners and this management company are determined to make this place the resort property it was a short time ago. I definitly recommend you come and see the place it is a pet friendly community and a nice place to live.

What a bunch of lies. CLEARLY you don't actually live here. I'm sure you're some marketing or public relations employee of Greystar or Sage Creek. This place is still god awful. KEEP AWAY!!

The guy above this comment is a moron but he is right. The property was foreclosed then given a manager who works for the lender. The property is a fine Class A well built property. Most of what is wrong is simple maintenance and you should expect it to be addressed soon. It is in a great market and a beautiful piece of land (half the property faces green space). My guess is the complainers have shopped around only to find out rents have and will continue to increase. Things will only get better when a new owner purchases the property then brings it back up to par with other class A properties.

What ever! Have you looked at the pool? Really go to the bottom pool and take a good look! These new people have been here since the end of November and still have not fixed the pool! Its so dirty! The Rocks are falling off of every building and the breezeways are a mess! They use to powerwash the breezeways every few months but now they look like hell! This used to be the place to be but now I am ashamed to call it home! I can not wait until my lease is up! Until they do some major renovations you should stay away from this place! Not to mention you never see the same face in the office for more than a few weeks. New company you have some big shoes to fill! At least with the last company they cleaned the property up. CLEAN IS FREE!!!

Dear anonymous, I guess you didn't get my point. Don't expect any improvements until the property sells. The new owner will fix the place up then raise rents.
